I boooked xcent (sx) twilight blue color petrol variant on 03 apr 14 with sps hyundai vide booking no.2511 and i’ve been promised to deliver it on 14 apr 14. subsequently due to production delay they informed me to deliver it on 02 may 14 and for which my finance amount rs. 500000/- from hdfc bank also paid on 30 apr 14. i paid full payment of rs. 7,23,000/- towards delivery.till now i didn’t get the car and on inquiry they are telling that this particular color is not in production and it will take some more time. then how they give the confirmation to bank for releasing the loan amount. also how they collected the full cash from me knowingly that the production is not there. now they are telling to take other color / variant by paying extra money of rs. 30000/- where as me and my family are mentally prepared for this color which results in great agony to us. i request you to settle back the cash paid by me to them, also a suitable compensation please be implemented on them. please find the complaint no. 1-828635688 with hyundai motors dated 13 may 14. awaiting suitable and favorable disposal from you. thank you
recommendation to hyundai motors to cancel the dealership of sps hyundai and rs. 500000/- for me and my family’s mental agony. this should be a lesson to all other dealers.
