Dear sir I recharged my reliance no. 9555307 with Re 123/- on 17/10/13 and got 1Gb 3G data. Hardly I have used 50Mb data on 20/10/13 they lapsed my whole data.When I contacted customer care Ms Manpreet Kaur from their told me that as I have connected my sim with dongal my whole data is lapsed.but i told her that i have even not been able to connect with the dongaland not used a single KB of data and asked her to revert back my data but she refused doing so and told that the data will not be given back even if i have not been able to connect.and this recharge is only meant for mobile .But sir Reliance has even not bothered to inform this to customer before changing their ruls even if they have chaned it. So they are on fault and shul revert back my data. Sir,Please take necessary action aginst the Reliance communication for doing unfair business with customer.
