Deduction of 20 INR from balance of prepaid sim in the name of internet usage. Internet charges are 10p/10Kb. I used internet on mobile for only few seconds to load the homepage of gmail(did not even log in gmail) and disconnected. The data usage for this duration was maximum 100Kb for which charges can not be more than 1INR, but the balance deducted from my account was 20 INR. Customer care executive refused to refund the balance.

I want refund of the extra balance deducted.
