Reliance Tele – invalid Amount deduction

I have previously registered this complaint as well on 9 OCT- complaint No-64939.4.2013 Eve after getting 3G recharge done all my account balance(RS 140) has drained within 3 days and net balance(513 MB) as well which shouldn’t be the case. After 1st complaint, I was refunded my amount and net balance on friday 11 OCT but now again my account balance and net balance has drained. Kindly look for some permanent solution as I cant complain every three days about the same issue.
