Dear sir, i had taken Reliance GSM Mob No. 08287976733 on the name of Mr. Anjani Kumar Tiwari. i had dome recharge my Mob by Rs 150/- on dated 14/08/2013 by rechargeitnow merchant and i recieved amount on the same day. But within the same night the whole amount deducted through seven (07 ) messages. Next day again i rechaged Rs 30 by recharge cash voucher and the balance amount did not recieved . after this incident , i called your customer care No 198 but the customer care executive respended that , there is some system error and assured me that i will get my balance as a Rs 180 in totalily . But Till Now , I haven’t recieved any amount. Kindly suggest me, whether i will claim in consumer court or TRAI.( Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.) I am facing , very keen problem with reliance GSM No. 8287976733. As you Know Rs 180 is valuable thing for an Indian. If these kind of incident will happen , you will loss a potential costomer and it send a bad message in market. I want only , whatever amount is deducted from my account without informing customer or without taking any services as stated above will be refunded in my account . In line this , it is instructed to such service providers that they do not follow such a practice , it will harm on the image of service providers as well as these amount is having some value for a genuine customer.
