Reliance Tele – missed call alerts balance deduction

I had been receiving these missed call alerts since last few days which i didn’t bother about. Then yesterday i received a message from the company saying that this service of missed call alerts, was on trial so from the next day onwards there i will be charged. So to unsubscribe this service i had to send a messge “Unsub 1005” to 51234. I did as i was instructed and sent the message to the given number. Then i got a reply saying that the “keyword was wrong “, and it was supposed to be for callertunes. I then thought that there was some error and didn’t proceed forward. Then next morning when i woke up i saw this message saying that the charges for the missed call alert was deducted from my balance. This is straightforward cheating from this company. How am i supposed to know if the number provided by the comopany itself is wrong. I did my duty, i sent the message to deactivate the service but the information was wrong. Then i got a message saying to deactivate the service i had to send “Unsub 1005” to 155223. What is this??? First you give a different number now you give another one. This is cheating on the face. I want this problem to be resolved. This has not happend for the first time, but this time this is it.

I dont want this type of harassment in future and a refund.
