Reliance Tele – modem not working for 2 months and not refunding my money

Hi sir, I have been using reliance modem. I shifted my home on Dec 10th,2013. When i started using my reliance modem, it was not working. On 12th morning i called the customer care and told about them they told network issue is going in my area and it wiil be resolved in 2 days. But issue was not resolved. I again contacted them, same response.To use internet i recharged for Rs.850 on December 4. Till now the issue was not resolved.Now the validity going to end. I agian called them to extend my validity, but they told the issue will be resolved in 2 hours so u recharge and start using. So i recharge so that my remaing data usage of 6GB will remain.I recharge for Rs.850. I contacted the customer care and asked them they told network issue is going to extend the bandwidth in your region.But the issue remained to tilldate. I have given more than 20 complaints to them but them closed all the complaints without resolving. I have contacted aal the higher authorities they told issue will be solved in 5 days but no result. Till today the issue is not resolved.Please help me to get compensation amount which i lost due to this network

Please help me to get compensation amount. I have recharged for Rs.850 for 2 months totally Rs.1700 and i would have earned Rs.50000 as salary by doing freelancer part-time job. I lost both of time. So please get me a compensation amount of Rs.51700. Thanks a lot.
