I have booked a flight ticket from via.com for SpiceJet airline for Rs. 10960 which is inclusive of all charges. This ticket is of a return flight of Bangalore to Lucknow. Recently, I got a call from SpiceJet stating that one of my connecting flight is cancelled,since the alternate options that SpiceJet gave me were not suitable for me, I asked for entire cancellation. SpiceJet representative told me the ticket was booked for 10815 and the entire amount will be refunded. I have contacted via.com for same and they said amount will be refunded after a deduction of Rs.200 which is cancellation charges. But via.com refunded just 9765. On asking via.com about the remaining amount they are giving different options at different times. Some times they are saying 200 per trip will be deducted and other time they are saying airline didn’t refund complete amount.

PNR for cancelled Ticket: W6HH7M Via.com Reference Number: FMN0ZAFBM7M I talked to SpiceJet and I was told 10815 was refunded. I want that amount to completely refunded to me. Thus I want I refund of 1050 more.
