Airtel – facing connection brake issue misleading customers no support

Company : Airtel (Fixed Line) Location: Chennai Complaint No : 42867928 I have bought Airtel Broadbank connection through Internet, there they write “get 500 cashback when you buy airtel broadbank online.” I paid 500 Rs. through net banking and cross checked with airtel customer care executive that now need to pay any amount now and this amount (500 rs) i will be getting 50 x 10 installment. (Per month 50 rs adjustment in bill) When Airtel guy came for document collection, again he asked me to pay 1 month advance rental i refused and the same time i called up airtel customer care, Customer care guy told me don’t give money for now then i have given my mobile to the collection guy. Both guy had some conversation in Tamil language which i don’t understand after that again i talked to customer care executive and he said “ok give me advance amount next month it would be adjusted”. Finally i have given that amount also. since i got the connection i am facing connection brake issue. I logged a complaint on Saturday regarding this issue. my complaint no is 42867928. till now i have called them so many time but i didn’t get any solution. They are saying it’s a cable issue then why the hell they write any issue will be fixed with in 24 hrs. i would be satisfy if somebody comes and check the problem even it has been long time since i logged the complaint nobody is ready to attend the issue. This was not expected from Airtel such a big company and giving cheap and poor service. Thanks Mohd Ghous 9176830xxx

I have been mentally disturb and they should give me 1 lakh rupee for my treatment.
