sir i had put my sbi debit card in pnb’s atm machine then display of machine was failed and then a new person came and withdraws his money but i had not received any amount but my account statement shows that 5000rs was dispatched and on complaining in bank they transfer matter to here and there this incident was on 27/11/2013 and from that date no result is found.

it was the loss of 5000rs which i can not afford.
