Me & my father was having a booking in train number 12878 with the PNR numbers as::2336976845,2336374320 . The train diverted due to some technical issue.I filed a TDR dated(15-Jul-2012) & the reference numbers are (ekt2012071505205279 ,ekt2012071505205268) .The TDR has not been approved & that is the reason my money has not being remitted in my account.

Total damage is of 938 rupees and i expect a minimum of 5000 rupees as a settlement amount because the maximum time to settle a TDR is 90 days and i am following IRCTC for past 1.5 years for my money .The claim should be settled immediately and i want my money back along with the compensation that i described .
