Dear Sir Madam , I am having Reliance prepaid CDMA No 9350848276,for more than 5 year .Recently i lost my mobile and gone to reliance web world for re issuance of my duplicate SIM.There they told me that the local address mentioned there is Quarter no 697,pushp vihar sec 3 Delhi 17 but my submitted passport copy is having address Quarter no 163,Pushp Vihar Sec 3 Delhi -17.I told them that was old address .I was living there for more than 5 years ago .I told them that time also i have submitted only my voter id for SIM purchase .That i am ready to give and regarding the address i am having only current address proof.I request them to do the verification they want .But please reissue my SIM no 9350848276. Before few days back i got Call from Mr. Depak CP Reliance that i will get the SIM ,I can collect this from Green Park branch but on the day of collection again he called and said it will take time . After that i am doing follow-ups and putting mail again and again but no one is responding . Sir this number has given to all bank transaction and Other places .I am facing difficulties. Its consumer protect against as at the time of prepaid number purchase i have submitted my VOter id only with home address but now they are asking for address prove having old address .

i want to have duplicate SIM issued for number 9350848xxx
