Reliance Tele – Not able to check exactness of bill & charges debited

I have a landline telephone from Reliance Communications at Pune No. 020-30422444 with broadband.As a customer, I have right to get my detailed bill to know the exact usage & call record details to check. As I have availed few facilities like free phone to land line numbers, I should know that I have not charged the same in the bill. To check such things, customer should get detailed call record (CDR). In electronic & internet age, it is easily possible to provide this information through email or on web-site without any expenses. BSNL is providing such info on their web-site through client log-in. Consumer has basic right to know his bill in detail & how can service provider charge for the detail bill? If I go to any Hotel or Store, I get detail bill of each item & after verifying the same , I pay it. Similarly, ALL TELE SERVICE PROVIDERS SHOULD PROVIDE CALL RECOED DETAILS WITH CHARGES. I HAVE RAISED THIS ISSUE MANY TIMES WITH RELIANCE COMMUNICATION BUT NO REPLY WAS GIVEN.Therefore in the interest of all consumers,

I request you to take this matter urgently & direct the service provider to give CDR details of each bill free of cost.
