i took reliance lan internet connection on 28th november from mallesh..he took 1650 advance from me on27th olny but my connection never worked i complained to customer care many times every time they said that it will work they r going to send a technician within 24 hours but he never came…once he came on 6 th dec but he could not able too solve the problem…i am a student and this amount matters alot for me ..i took the connection for my study purpose but i lost neary 8 day revolving in this issue and the whole connection team cheated me wasted my money and alots of usefull time…and now they are not even refunding my money kindly help please.. my reliance user id is 362848735482

i want all my 1650 refunded to me and amout for the malfunctioning of the company and for wasting my time
