Reliance Tele – Poor Speed, Poor Network

have purchased new netconnect+ dongle for INR 1500. I have been complaining for poor speed and poor network every alternate day to the constomer care. They have given me 2 compliant nos 212658632 and 212853127, but they have not solved even one of them. Every time I call them they will give me new complaint no and tell me that the problem will be solved in next 48 hrs. The connection is for 3.1 MBPS, but I am getting only near 50 KBPS which is only 1.57% of the actual promised bandwidth of 3.1 MBPS. Customer care executive was asked to transfer the call to transfer the call to higher authority every time, they have told me he is not available right now or he is busy with anathor call. Mr Rajkumar(customer care executive) who I spoke to asked me to wait around 2 hrs for transferring call to higher authority after that he disconnected my call without transferring. Today they are saying the problem can be resolved only by 31st Dec. but the connection I have is only valid till 6th Dec. When asked about compensation they have completely denied saying that it is not possible.

Want my complete compensation of Rs 1500 paid for the new connection
