Rs. 19 balance was available in my mobile no 9509748818 on 6 dec 2013 but on 7 dec when i want to make a important call i was not able to call. on dialling I was got announcement of insufficient balance. Then I was got recharged of amount 50 rs and got a message from reliance of Rs. 41.50 talk time but still i was not able to call and getting same announcement of insufficient balance. I have called many times to customer care and visited reliance store but still same issue persist.

my recharged amount and damage 1000 rs.
