I am the customer of vodafone for last 8 years with the no 9833029838 and have been paying the bill regularly.but for the month of September bill i received the bill of 6000 of which internet usage was for 5000.which i feel is not justified. i was using net for last 3 months before September,but never they charged me or intimated me for the net usage.

i need justification for the bill amount asked for.
