Dear Sir, I logged a complain against reliance telecom regarding my bill issue in complain ID “67759.4.2013”. The status on your page is showing resolved, but I didn’t got any information regarding the same. The reliance people are still harassing me and forcing me to pay the wrong bill without listening to their fault. Between 7th to 8th October I got a message that all of a sudden my bill amount hiked by Rs 950/-. I tried my best by contacting customer care (you can see the attachement of mails and calls), but they didn’t listen and told me to wait for next more 20 days to generate the bill. After bill generation they have assured me that they will look into the matter and solve all the issues. Now they are claiming that your this much hike in bill is due to extra ~90MB data usage in Value added service. I have been complaining about there value added service from very early and I have few documents. Final outcome is that they are charging me for wrong bill which they are claiming for the bill of VAS (data usage). My point is that whatever is there in VAS is there fault and consumer are treated badly because they will not tell you any information regarding these and don’t solve the problem also.
