I have booked the tickets for myself and my mother fro 26th September 2013 from Ringus junction to Delhi Sarai Rohila by 19029/BDTS DEE express. But we could not travel by this train as it was late by more than 7 hours on 26th september. Thus we filled for the TDR(refund) immediately and had to travel to Delhi by road spending an additional 1200 rupees. The train ticket amount was Rs. 710/- After a lot of follow up and mails I have got a refund of Rs. 460/- but the ticket amount was Rs. 710/- As per the Indian Railways refund rules I am entitled for full refund of the amount. I have been writing numerous mails to IRCTC but no body is responding.

I want my full refund along with the compensation amount for undergoing such a uncomfortable journey. I want an apology from the IRCTC for giving us so much trouble and also not responding to my mails which I can share with you if required. Thanks, Nitin
