I had purchased a ladies handbag from Reliance Footprint Allahabad, UP Store on 29/09/2013 but after 15 days handle of the bag is disconnected, when I had make a complain regarding the same the store manager make repair the handle. After 7 days the handle is again disconnected. On 21st November’13 I had send a complain mail to the customer care mail Id & customer care ask me about store location. I had provided the desired information but after they does not reply me.

I just want to claim handbag price.
