i am holding reliance prepaid mobile number 9024349xxx of jaipur circle.on 16 dec 13 i recharged my phone with rs.150/- and on 20 dec 13 recharged of rs. 156/- to get 1gb 3g data (which was valid till 18 jan14) . on 04 jan 14, suddenly my outgoing of said number barred and all my balance (data (700mb)and talk value(around rs.50) become zero). further i tried contact customer care so many times but the operator says that he is transferring my call to his senior officer but he is busy.
reliance should take the responsibility of his fraud act. and punished with rs. 50000/- for such act, and not responding in a responsible manner.
