Airtel – Online Payment not credited to my account they never answer this question.

I have been paying the bill of airtel mobile every month long before the due date, through my ICICI bank account. And every month my money is not getting credited to my mobile number. Later when the due date passes on I start getting calls and messages every now and then to make the payment. On sending multiple emails and transaction details / bank statements they clear the payment. Initially I ignored it as this might be some technical fault, which they should have taken care of. But now this is 4th month in a sequence where this incontinence is happening. On calling / emailing customer care no one is ready to check in there system for their faults. Every single time I have to dig down the transaction id, date, amount, by bank account details and debit card details. If I would have to do this much of effort then whets the use of online service. I have all the emails and complaint numbers with me to be used as proofs whenever required. I have also requested them to provide the details of what is going wrong in my transactions but they never answer this question.

I want airtel to explain, that why this issue is happening every single time to me. And even after reporting this issue, every single time, why there is no action taken to correct this. I want airtel to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I want airtel to either fix this issue or get the option of pay airtel mobile bill removed from icici bank’s secure site.
