Reliance Tele – transaction being failed amount deduction

iam Relaince user of west bengal Area At around 12:03 am 17-05-2014 i have try to recharge with the value of Rs 78 during the transaction it is being showed that transaction is being failed due to technical reason which is unknown to me. I have try to recharge value of Rs 78 in this no. 983232xxx (Prena khawas’s No. my friend) since the transaction is being failed but money is deducted from my account. Again after 5 minutes i have tried to recharge 9832325xxx with the same value and it was successful transaction. Pls find the On-line recharge receipt of the successful transaction for your ready reference Rs 78 plan is for Night free calls for 28 days(11:00 to 6:00) i have made two transaction with the my online banking system out of which 1 was unsuccessful and other was successful. As i have tried to talk with the local customer care, they stating that two time recharge is being done but my question is, this is due to the technical fault of the reliance so they should return back the money. But when i have seen my bank statement my money is being deducted twice. i want my money back for the unsuccessful transaction; pls do the needful Reliance user, Deepak sharma 983250xxxx
