Dear Sir/ Madam, Reg-1. Non – Adjustment of Prepaid balance to Bill 2.Unauthorized issuance of Post paid Connection and Bill It is to inform you that I had converted my Reliance prepaid Mobile N0 7827367xxx to Reliance postpaid on 05.02.2014. The process was done by the reliance office. However At the time of conversion I was having Rs.226/- as prepaid balance . This prepaid balance was not adjusted against my bill. On the same day another postpaid connection No,9555126xxx was also issued to me without my consent .I have never given any request for issuance of another postpaid connection. I requested to block the connection to the reliance customer care. , web center but no action has been initiated by them. Bill of Rs. 433/- has been generated by the reliance inspire of non usage . Kindly take the appropriate action to adjust the prepaid balance Of Rs.226/- to my account & to terminate the unauthorized Reliance postpaid connection no. 95551266xxx issued in my name without my consent or request. Adjustment of the fake bill issued for unauthorised Reilance postpaid connection no. 9555126xxx
