Lumia720 – many issues defective piece

Dear Sir: I purchased a handset of Nokia vide Model Lumia720 from M/s. Anmol Watches & Electronics (P) Ltd. at Sector-22, Chandigarh vide Invoice No. AW-16176 dated 13.08.2013 bearing IMEI No. 35729705319 3737 amounts to Rs. 16,100/- only. Since August, 2013 this handset is giving recurrent problems which are as follows – 1) Every time receiver feels a very low volume of my voice while I responds. 2) Since December, 2013 Camera image goes blur. 3) Screen shuffles frequently and open any application and then hanged for a while. After switching off the phone and to re-start the same there is no affect on the screen. It needs to wait at least 20 min to activate the screen. 4) Sometimes it calls someone automatically without touching the screen. 5) Call disconnected automatically. 6) Charger didn’t work since September, 2013; hence, charging mobile with USB cable everytime. Nobody informed while visited at the Customer care that Accessories are having a limited warranty of 6 months only. On March, 2014 after repeated requests, I received 3-pin-top plug to charge mobile which they told me to pay an amount of Rs. 500/- only which I didn’t pay. Eventhough, I talked to Nokia Customer Support at Delhi on April, 2014 with Mr. Yogesh (Customer Care Executive) and he confirmed me that I should visit once again at Service Center and if the services would irreparable they would certify us to issue you a new handset, which I agreed for the same. This time Customer Care of Chandigarh didn’t make any Jobcard towards the same nor they were willingly sort out the matter and informed that I need to leave my phone at their premises in order to check which was not possible for me due to only single mode of communication lying with me. Last but not the least, I would request you to replace my handset at the earliest which is still lying in Warranty. For this purpose, please find herewith my copy of Invoice for your kind perusal. I hope that NOKIA is renowned for its services rendered to the customers worldwide and would never let down customer satisfaction at all levels.
