The ticket was booked on 08.04.2014 for travel date 08.07.2014 from koklkata to delhi and return on 09/07/2014. the concerned call centre advised us to pay the money by cash rs 15297.00 at goindigo office in kolkata at land mark 228a ajc bose road, kolkata. but at the point of reception they asked rs 200.00 as extra on account of service charges which was clarified earlier at the time of booking that no extra charge should be there for the booking. now the booking is being cancelled and we cannot go as the fare is raised to rs 25000.00 approx
