Dear Sir, I am reliance CDMA customer (9309095xxx) from Sardarsahar(Rajasthan).I had recharged my number for Rs. 499 on 30th April 2014.This recharge provides unlimited local and std calls on the Reliance network. But when I call a number 7857804022(Bihar, Reliance GSM), then balance is deducted from the main balance. I have complained many times in Reliance customer care. But I cannot get any solution of this problem.It is my home number and I mentally disturbed. I, therefore request to you kindly help me in this matter. Thanks & regards. (Mr. Ranjan Kr. I want to get permanant solution and also charge the financial and mental harashment claim on the company.Because It is totally a fraud to the customer.
