Sir, I am Using Carbonn KC 407 Mobile phone . It is CDMA / GSM Both. In it Mobile I am using Reliance CDMA SIM (No. 9300673536). This Carbonn Mobile phone provide Wap service only on GSM SIM not on the CDMA SIM. This Carbonn Mobile phone has no any R-World. Since last 6-7 Months , The reliance CDMA Company Wrongly Deducted money from my Reliance Mobile Balance , and when talk to Customer Care , He said that “You used the R- World so that money is deducted from your a/c.” but sir there is no any R- World is that Carbonn Mobile Phone . and i do not use the R- World. After it they disconnect the call and my balance is not Refuded. This problem is persists from a longer time about 6-7 months. they starts any VAS like Music,health tips, or Caller tunes etc. self and deducts my balance. i complained for it many times but there is no result. I am very mentally and Economically disturbed from Reliance CDMA Co. . When my mobile phone has no R-World, then how i can Use R-World in my Carboon KC407 mobile handset?

Sir, I am very mentally and Economically disturbed from Reliance CDMA Co.. I am tired from there service and telling a lie. I want that all the money which is wrongly deducted from my balance, is refunded soon with Interest. and in the future , it should be sure that There is no wrongly deduction from my balance occurs . -Thanks
