For past many weeks credit has been repeatedly deducted from my balance for VAS services and if I fail to file a complaint with reliance for more than 3 days then I am not reimbursed. Despite my repeated requests of stopping this harassment, noone from reliance has called or bothered, all I get is a standard mail saying my complaint is registerd and will be looked after. I have shed of emails proving this.

Although I am reimbursed if I complain within 3 days but it has happened repeatedly since I got the connection and I have to be on a constant vigil as if I dont file a complaint within 3 days of deduction reliance doesnt reimburse citing no reason. And this is not the first time , earlier also I had a reliance connection and they post inflated bills and cut the connection so this time I got the prepaid and even then tjis scam of minting koney continues.
