We had five family numbers from Reliance (7791911xxx, 7791922xxx, 7791933xxx, 7791944xxx, 7791955xxx, which were ported out cos of instances of wrong billing and other issues. However, even after porting out Reliance has shown us outstanding amount unpaid from my side. This was on account of incorrect billing. Internet charges were levied on base rate, even when was requested for gprs plan. Attached all mail correspondence from Rcom, in this regards.

I’d paid an amount of rs1000.00 as a full and final payment on pro rate basis till i was using Rcom, before porting out. And hence no dues were left to be paid by my side. This amount was including my bill and prorata base rental and gprs pack. Request to kindly intervene and refief me from this incorrect dues.
