My Reliance No is 9320522xxx and consumer no 2871851xxx. In spite of submitting proper documents and filling up the application form properly my name and address has not been updated properly. Reliance is asking me that I should resubmit the documents at the nearest Reliance Mobile Store, but why should I do that. Reliance should check the documents and rectify it at their end.
My Name and residential address should get updated properly and Reliance should apoligse for the inconvenience caused
