Reliance Tele – Wrongly Money deduction refused to take my complaint

Hi, I m using Riliance Mobile service, my mobile number is 955584xxx, on 09/03/2014 they have wrongly deducted my all money (RS 213.9) and also i recharged with 165 (3G Internet pack) on 08/03/2014, but i was unable to user it internet service . when i called 198 customer care on 09/03/2014 morning they said that there is some technical issue call again after sometimes, when i called them again they refused to take my complaint by saying there is some technical issue. Now continually i am calling them but they are not taking my call. please do something. This is the Confirmation message of 3G activation and validity. “Your 3G Net Bal is 1020.05 MB is valid till 07-04-2014 .,Your 2G Net Bal is 0.00 MB is valid till 08-03-2014 .,Your 3G Fairusage Bal is 0.00 MB is valid till 06-04-2014 .

I want my money back with compensation, i had some important work on internet and i had to call many where. i could not do only because there fault.
