Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a regular customer of Reliance Trends from Kolkata. Yesterday I had purchased some Kurtis from Esplande Reliance store. The staffs guided me for a 50 % discount buy and I took 2 kurtis written on it at 50% discount. While billing the actual discount was 30% and when I asked for that I was told that there is a system error. One staff came and removed the 50% tag and told there is a problem so it can’t be given. I would like to know why the board was displayed if you were not giving it and mislead your customer. I had already written the complain in the complain book but don’t know whether any action will be taken or not.
