Hi, Yesterday i bought some apparels @ your Reliance Trends showroom in Forum Neighborhood Mall Whitefield. Before selecting a product i checked with store team is there a exchange for product since its a gift which am buying for my Daughter, we found the size is very small i checked with store team they denied to give exchange because it was brought on Employee sale, Before me Selecting the product i have asked the Employee even they said yes we can exchange, now its other way round, I Approached the store manager but he Refused, i have left the product at the same store because no point taking the product….. its really worst experience…
