Yesterday (18th July 2016), I went to Reliance trendz in chrompet and I shopped 2 product in Flat50% offer , amounting to ₹654.
In the counter, I gave ₹1000 cash, a single note. The counter girl asked if I had change of ₹154. I checked my purse and I had it, hence I gave ₹160 again.
After the bill, she gave balance only ₹6. I asked for remaining ₹500 and she said I gave only ₹500.
It’s too annoying and ahead the counter I saw a CCTV camera , hence I requested them to check in that in order to confirm. But they spoke somewhere and denied by saying that, it is not captured.
Since the bill amount is ₹654, why should I give only ₹500 cash and stand idle until the girl asks me back?? This is too irritating and I gave the entire team one day (whole today) to investigate in all angles ( to check the accounts end of the day, investigate the CCTV etc).
But , till now I didn’t get any call. I thought to not blame on the worker since they are working for the entire day and this is just a carelessness and not with any motive to mishandle the customers. But the response I get is none.
It was around 5 to 6pm. And I didn’t take the product with me and even the amount with me.
If I am telling lie, why should I leave the product and the amount as such and tell them to investigate and call me back?
The fact is I lost ₹1160 now and the people not yet responded.
I even said, if I’m proved I gave only ₹500, I will pay double the amount to the company.
I want this to escalate to the next level and investigate further.
