On 7th april, I got my number recharged with 50 rs. I am in gujarat since then. I was having balance of about 47 rs at that time. After that, i didn’t made any call or recieved any call. But on 18th april, my balance was nil(o)rs. I enquired the customer care executive. He told that there is no deduction of balance since 7th april. i asked then how was the balance o. He didn’t gave satisfactory answer. Also he told i haven’t subscribed to any packs or services. then where did the balance go??

I want my 47 rs. back as soon as possible which reliance has charged of no reason.
