I am having corporate helath insurance through my company with TPA as Paramount for National Insurance company. In Apr 2010, I paid Rs. 20,000 as premium for me and my parents coverage for the whole year but now I am leaving the company and the insurance company is saying that the coverage will also be terminated after you will leave the company. I would like to know when I paid the premium for the whole year why the coverage is not going to be provided. Also they are not ready to refund the premium. Please let me know what to do in this scenario.
