Thus the entire payment has been made however the vehicle is yet to be delivered. 4. I wish to bring out here that being a defence officer and a salaried government servant the amount involved here is not miniscule. I would even end up paying EMI on the car loan before possession of the car. 5. I’m sure you would understand that my dissatisfaction with the firm and your showroom is justifiable. The fact that the showroom is earning interest on my account is an unauthorized business practice. 6. As per the teleconversation between me and Mr Jha as well as with Mr Nikhil I understand that I must be compensated appropriately for the discomfort faced. The details of which may please be mailed to me at the earliest.

.I am paying EMI on bank loan without possession of the product. 2.Loss of interest on 170268 which i paid from my provident fund. 3.Mental harrassment. 4. Not able to travel on various social and family committments. 5. Being in defence services, i have recently got my posting orders, however in absence of a personal vehicle, I am not been able to plan movement of my family which I had intended initially in the new car.
