I had purchased ION i100 model mobile set manufactured by Manipal Enterprises Pvt Ltd,Manipal on 28/03/2010. After three months usage, the display of the mobile was not working properly.As there was warranty of one year on the product I submitted the set to ION service center located in Dharwad on 16/06/2010.They sent that to Bangalore office for repair.Now even after nearly two months they are not returning the repaired mobile set.Whenever called by phone they tell it will take another one week.
