My telephone No is 0891-2794681, I have registered a complaint regarding replacement of my BSNL land line instrument several times in the SEETHAMDARA, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh exchange. Till now nobody has responded for the above said complaint, they are repeatedly saying that instruments are not in stock since 03 months.
we are facing lot of problems due to this defective instrument. In this regard i request you to do the needful at the earliest.
