Replacement of defective lenovo vibe k 5 note

Dear team, I have bought a handset from flipkart in the month of aug 2016,but after using it for a short duration of about 2 months appx.,it has a problem of hanging on and sometimes it is getting off without any operation.On 24 th october it shut down automatically then we tried to flipkart costomer care but they directed us to contact to lenovo company I shown my handset to lenovo service center Gandhidham on 26 th october ,they formated all my data without taking backup ….due to this I hav lost all my precious data and i m sufferring a lot but handset started working anyhow but after 12 hours its display is also has problem.Again i took it to service center but they told us that its display is defective so it will be changed and leave this set at service centre for at least 15 days. now i request u to replace this set as it is defective one from the beggining of the purchage .I dont want a repaired set . kindly take my set consderibly and take action as soon as possible as i m suffering a lot due to this problem. invoice no.chn_puzhal_0120160800038551 IME 869090029558187 contact no, 9925003855 mail id :- prakash.pandya07@gmail.com
