I am very upset to inform you that my request for replacement for my Electrolux Refrigerator against complaint no. EMUM0610130048 is still not full filled. I am trying to reach the local service center (Ph: 022 – 6527 8002) is in vain and still the damaged caused by the electrolux technician is not addressed.
There is a clear visible damage caused by the technician while his repair for the refrigerator purchased on 18-Aug-13 (model & chassis no: ECL314-SH-RFB). I am highly disappointed with kind of treat received from your customer support staff and employees.
Please confirm if you guys as an organization can help to solve this issue or not? As i am not willing to accept a refrigerator purchased in Aug’13 which had an issue and to make it worse the issue persists along with it there is damage caused by the technician while repairing it. The senior technician also had come and was trying to convince me about the damage caused that it will not affect the refrigerator however it is shameful that instead of addressing the customer grievance I was given alternatives.
Hope to hear a positive response from your end so that my concern is resolved at the earliest.
