Micromax service center has given me a101 against my mobile a74. The mobile features of a101 is not good and its features is less as compare my a74 device. It’s android has old version and it’s processor 1 ghz. So I can’t take this device a101. Please replace as same as my device a74 it’s feature and apps are latest. Complain no. MMX0303140727

I ordered Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 A240 for Rs. 12,271/- vide Order Number 100005262 (SKU: Canvas Doodle 2 A240), dated 21-01-2014 and did not received the product after completion of 1 week and on making the call they told that the product is not available and I asked for refund of the money. Till today i.e. 21-02-14 the amount is not refunded and when ever I make a call they are telling that it is under process. Please look into it and do the needful for refund my money. Also prevent him to do the business through online, because many people will be cheated by them.
