This is to make attention all of them that,I have purchased a Toshiba Lenovo Mobile Phone Model X2 AP, P/N PORM0006IN Ref: Dealer: Simtel Trading Corporation Pvt.Ltd, Triveni Courtt, Ground Floor, Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala, Bill No.02834 on Dated: 12 August 2015. ( Scanned copy attached ) after oneweek mobile is heating while calling and internet using, and after a week it was shutdown and it display was not working at all.

From the day onwards I was contacting your dealer Simtel and Service centers, but they responding very irresponsibly towards my request..

I am totaly disappointed and feeling very bad to the reputed company like Lenova.

Here by requesting you to kindly do needful to solve this issue by replacing my hand set to new or refund my cash, or else i will go for further legal action against Simtel and Lenova.

So I humbly request you to initiate steps to replace my Mobile, as it was purchased only 2 months back.
