Sub: – Reply to M.A. No. 1610 of 2009

Respected Sir,

I have received a copy of Misc. Application No. 1610 of 2009 in First Appeal No. 202 of 2009 on dated 16-09-09 in which your honor has directed us to refund an amount of Rs. 25000/-along with interest if any to the appellants/applicants (National Insurance Company Ltd.).
But it is requested that respondent Daljit Singh Longia has neither received any amount from appellants/applicants or from this Hon’ble Commission nor any acknowledgement regarding any deposit. This amount might be lying with the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chandigarh, Punjab.
The appellant/applicant is requested to file an application to the said Commission for with drawl of Rs. 25000/- along with interest if any to which respondent Daljit Singh has no objection.
