Dear M/S I have your jio reliance sim mobile number 70066 XX411 since sep 2016. There is no network for jio in my area – Bhalwal Jammu ( 181122) the place is very close to jammu city has more than 20 users at this time complaining on the same issue. Please arrange to resolve the issue and ease our difficulty.

Sir i bought my jio sim from jio store. Document given was just aadhar card. They took my finger prints and handed a sim saying it will get activated in 24 hours. Now it has been more than 48 hours there is not even a single signal on sim. What to do? I tried all the network settings but none helped. Please resolve this problem of mine. Contact me on
