The Incident that happened with me was regarding the business, that a guy named Banu Prathap S N , (who was my friend) was doing. He told me that, he is doing a business which is very profitable. He asked me that if i would like to join him. I asked for details of business from him. He first told don’t tell to anyone about this until we are into company and get profit then He told me that first you do how I say I will let you know everything later then he only shared me a contact person’s name who can lend me loan from bank and asked me to apply for loan for 4 lakhs and he made me to hurry and do everything as soon as possible as very less time is left over and only one position is vacant. I did apply for loan and transferred money to him also he made use of my credit card and swiped some 1665 MYR which is around some 30,000 also he took all the amount which I got as loan i.e 3,90,000 rupess from me everything happened online I have transaction ID’s also for this. Then he asked me to join him to attend an business meeting which is going to happen at Malayisa some place but I asked him who will sponsor then he said its self sponsored so I refused to go. After he returned from malayisa he took me to some meeting happed at J W marriot there they asked me about my family and also they said you have invested money in right place and to a right person. Then again my friend called me and said tomorrow one more meeting is there you should come I went then he took some other person who infact said the company name as Qnet and said not to google then he also said it’s a chain marketing which goes through reffering people and making them member of this company. On the same day they also took to some other hotel where one more lady came to do brain wash I was already worried. I googled the same day about the company and got lot of negative reviews and I realized that my friend cheated me I immediately asked for returning me my money back he said its not fraud or scam but you come with me I will make you meet some big people who will suggest you the solution I went there then he said no way you can get back your money I was lost and very much worried. Since I did transactions only to him so I kept him asking to repay my money back. Now he says he has invested the money in the business on my name and says he can’t get it back as its with company.But I am unable to pay loan as I am only person who earns the money besides these guys are doing cheating with people so I refused to do so I am the only person who earns in my family my dad is retired and he is at his 68th year of age I have to take care of him also my mother and my younger brothers studies so please help me. Can anyone help me to get my money back please Thanks Avi
