I am Rakesh, mailing from Kozhikode district, Kerala. I bought a Jio handset (LYF Flame2) on April 2016 and also provided a warranty of 2 years for Rs.3500/- Recently the handset got a complaint on charging point and I approach two Jio Authorized service centre at Eranhipalam and Puthiyara. (Kozhikode District) Your executives initiated a bill of nearly Rs.3000/- Right now I got balance warranty period of 1 year plus. Then why I want to pay the amount. And what is the relevance of Warranty?
Is this kind you treat a bonafide customer? Actually I really fed up with your service. The very same day I approached a local service centre in Kozhikode district itself and I repaired the charging point of my Jio LYF handset for Rs.50/- See the difference. Its a very huge amount. You please inform me that the balance amount is executive commission or Jio’s commission. I am planning to buy another Jio LYF handset. If the service is like this, at what grounds I buy the handset. Kindly fix this issue or replace my phone and revert me ASAP. Will be waiting for your valuable reply.
