myself amitabha das having licence with IRDA licence no.5748534, I was working with Max New York life Agent code no.347724. but due to my non -performance my code has been terminated on dated 19th may,2010 from reporting Branch Shyambazar, kol-700004.I also submitted no objection certificate issuing request letter to the particular branch. please, issue me no objection cerficate against my present agent code. thanks
