Sir, on 30th January 2014 I paid my fees rs.1948 in favour of BITS Pilani instituion but due to lost signal or weak signal of Bank Of India’s site payment was not successfull but my a/c was debited with rs.1948 for the same.I have complained to customer care round about 20 times.I have mailed to every given address round about 15 times but no reply has been given.I have submitted my POS application to parental branch (Bhagat Singh,Alwar) but no action has been taken yet and nearest branch (Hauz Khas, New Delhi) even denied to take my application by saying that ask your parental branch we cant solve it.

I am continuously ask Customer Care representatives but every time they reply we cant tell you anything you should ask your branch where you have complained POS refunding takes 30-45 days whereas the parental branch workers have not taken any step yet and they acknowledged that refunding will be done in 7-10 days if it is legal and customer care representatives always say that your refunding will be done contact to your branch. It has been more than a month I have not get my refundings even I am not receiving replies from bank’s side no calls even after filling grievances form no replies for my mails and no interest shown by their side even after knowing that refunding is legal and should be done they are delaying it. Sir please show interest as I am a student and this is my savings please reply as soon as possible.
